Acceptance
By requesting a quote or scheduling work, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are non-binding until confirmed on site. Structural demolition is quoted after an in-person walk, not from photos. Final price depends on scope, access, and what's found once the work is opened up.
Permits and structural work
Where a permit is required for demolition, responsibility for pulling it is agreed in writing before work begins. No structural element is removed without temporary support in place.
Access and site conditions
You're responsible for providing safe, clear access. Undisclosed conditions — hazardous material, hidden utilities, structural damage — may change scope, schedule, and price.
Items removed
Once removal is authorized, items are hauled off and are not recoverable. Check for valuables, documents, and keepsakes before work starts.
Liability
We carry insurance and take care with every property. We're not liable for pre-existing damage or for conditions not disclosed before work begins.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version posted here is the current one.
