What Riverton is built out of.

Riverton was agricultural into the 1990s and the subdivisions arrived quickly after. Most of the housing is newer, which means the demolition work is remodel-driven rather than estate-driven — basements getting finished or unfinished, decks coming off, sheds replaced.

The part that isn't newer is the interesting part. Larger parcels around the edges still carry remnants of the farm era: outbuildings, older sheds, corrals, the occasional barn on a lot that has suburbanized around it. Those come down differently than a builder-grade shed, because the framing is older, heavier, and often partly failed already.

What that means for the work.

Sheds, barns, and outbuildings
Farm-era structures on parcels that suburbanized around them. Taken apart in order, not pulled over.
Construction and remodel debris
Ongoing residential build-out, priced by the trailer.
Deck and basement demo
1990s–2000s houses hitting their first real remodel.
